Exemption from payment of tax – Ambulance belonging to Local Bodies

Exempts the Ambulance Vans belonging to all local bodies of Tamilnadu from payment of tax leviable under the said Act so long as these vehicles are used for the Hospital and maternity centers maintained by them without letting them for hire or reward ( The Notification here made shall come into force with effect from 01/07/1975)
