Exemption from payment of tax – Agricultural Tractors and Trailers

Exempts form payment of Tax leviable under the said act, the Tractors and Trailers used for the Transport of Agricultural produce of persons other than the owner cultivation ( The exemption here made shall come into force on and from 21/07/1976)
